Dustin has dedicated his life to helping men discover their own unique path to stronger mental and emotional health. His journey of personal growth spans over two decades, beginning with his own deep inner work wrestling with anxiety, depression, and insecurity.
Underneath all of his pain, Dustin discovered a new man — a man of mental clarity, peace, and strength. He learned to embrace his darkness, share his truth, and find strength through vulnerability.
Today, as a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor and Certified Life Coach, it is his mission to help you make the same strides in your mental health.
His counselling approach is action-focused, empowering you to find purpose, confidence, and practical coping strategies that enhance your mental well-being for life. Dustin incorporates Mindset and Performance Coaching in his approach as a counsellor. This will allow you to make real progress rather than just talking in circles.
Ultimately, the goal is to become comfortable in your own skin as a man. And that can only come through the kind of mental well-being and personal growth you experience when working with a qualified counsellor like Dustin.

Pre-Intake and Consultation
The process begins with a Pre-Intake Form and Discovery Call to understand your goals and establish a connection, ensuring we are a good fit to work together.
During your Discovery Call, we will share our signature counselling process and show you exactly how we can help you make the changes you are looking for.
1Deep Dive and Action Planning
Once you are ready to move forward, you will complete a more thorough Intake Form to get an even clearer picture of your history and goals.
In your Intake Session, we will review your history and goals, and collaboratively craft a more personalized action plan, equipping you with initial strategies for progress.
2Implementing Your Plan
Ongoing sessions will allow you to go deeper, and in-between sessions, your job is to apply the personalized strategies and tools from your action plan to take an active role in empowering your mental health.
Together, we will focus on consistent self-improvement and discipline.
3Accountability and Adaptation
A huge part of our mission at Therapy For Dudes is to help you stay accountable and reassess strategies as needed to ensure that you are getting the benefits you desire.
If needed, we will adjust the approach for continued growth.
4Goal Achievement and New Milestones
As you reach initial goals, we will set new ones for ongoing development because your mental health is a journey, not a destination.
