I am here to help
You might be wondering what my style as a counsellor is like and if I can even help you. Well, as a therapist in Calgary who focuses on men’s mental health, my approach to counselling is unique and tailored specifically to the challenges that men face.
MY GOAL IS TO CREATE A SAFE SPACE FOR YOU TO EXPRESS WHAT YOU NEED AS A MAN IN AN ENVIRONMENT DESIGNED FOR MEN.
My style is one of support, encouragement, and authenticity. I take a very action-oriented approach with my clients and I provide the perfect blend of deep emotional work while also supporting you in achieving your goals and moving your life in the direction you desire.
There may be laughs, there may be tears, and sometimes, you will be uncomfortable. But there will always be opportunities to grow and expand.
Challenge you when necessary.
And call you on your shit if the moment requires it!
We will work together
But most of all, so you can show up for others and yourself as the powerful, caring, compassionate man you are capable of being.
Please take a look at the FAQs below. Reach out with any other questions.
