Frequently Asked Questions:

How does men’s anger management counselling work?

In anger management therapy, we’ll help you recognize when you’re getting fired up and teach you practical ways to manage that anger in a healthier, more sustainable way. You’ll dive into understanding what triggers your anger, how to express it without blowing up, and how to stay in control when things heat up. It’s all about building skills that help you handle tough situations without letting anger take the wheel.

How do I know if I have anger issues?

It’s tough to admit that anger might be an issue, especially when you’re not fully aware of it yourself. But if you’re constantly feeling frustrated, stressed, or easily irritated, that could be a sign of an underlying anger problem. Regular outbursts, feeling like you’re always on edge, or struggling to control your reactions are all signals that anger could be worth exploring.

What if I don’t think I have an anger problem, but others say I do?

If people around you are saying your reactions are out of proportion or you’re always on edge, it’s worth exploring in therapy. Even if it doesn’t feel like an “anger problem” to you, it might be impacting your relationships or quality of life more than you realize.
